Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Server, where you will be the welcoming face that creates memorable dining experiences for our guests. Your energetic and attentive service will ensure every guest feels valued, comfortable, and eager to return. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and provide expert recommendations to enhance the overall guest experience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills in a lively environment that celebrates fine dining and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements, ensuring a positive first impression. Take accurate food and beverage orders Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality. Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales opportunities while providing personalized recommendations based on guest preferences. Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld during food handling, serving, and bussing activities. Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction throughout their visit. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining proper records of sales. Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure smooth operations. Skills Available Tues-Sat 10:30-9:30 2-3 shifts/wk. Strong knowledge of POS system Toast Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest loyalty. Ability to multitask effectively with strong time management skills during high-volume service periods. Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and engaging with guests positively. Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction processing. Experience in upselling techniques to increase sales while maintaining guest satisfaction. Familiarity with restaurant operations including serving, bussing, host/hostess duties, and general hospitality standards.
