Server Server - Upland Brewing Co. at Clay Terrace in Carmel, IN Help us set the tone for excellence in craft beer & food as a Server for Upland Brewing Company at Clay Terrace in Carmel, IN. We are hiring hard-working, customer-focused servers to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
Become an expert on our beer and food Guide guests with ordering decisions including highlighting new menu & beer specials Maintain a clean environment in the dining room and service stations Set tables, deliver food & beverage Deliver a great customer experience for all guests
Qualifications:
Previous restaurant experience Ability to listen & communicate effectively Able to multitask efficiently Strong organizational skills
