Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Server to join our vibrant food and beverage team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, expert food and beverage knowledge, and a positive attitude. Your energy and professionalism will ensure guests feel welcomed, valued, and satisfied from the moment they walk in until their departure. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of dishes and drinks to enhance their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as touch bistro POS, ensuring timely and correct delivery of food and beverages Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales while maintaining genuine guest engagement Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring proper food handling, sanitation, and safety standards are upheld at all times Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction throughout their visit Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to support smooth restaurant operations Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering systems, including cash handling and basic math calculations for bills and change Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a focus on guest service excellence Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order processing and sales tracking Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy service hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a friendly demeanor Effective communication skills for collaborating with kitchen staff, hosts/hostesses, and fellow servers to ensure seamless service delivery Join our team where your passion for hospitality meets a lively atmosphere!
