Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a strong understanding of kitchen operations. As a Dietary Aide you will play a crucial role in meal preparation, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation. You will work in collaborating with other kitchen staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences. Duties Serve our menu items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including cooking stations and storage. Ensure proper food handling and safety procedures are followed at all times. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives, ovens, grills, and fryers. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours. Participate in training new kitchen staff on food safety practices. Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry or as a server is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for handling food. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is a plus.
