Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Server, where your passion for exceptional food and outstanding guest experiences will shine! In this lively role, you will serve delicious dishes with enthusiasm, provide top-tier customer service, and create memorable dining moments for our guests. Your expertise in food handling, POS systems, and hospitality will help ensure smooth operations and elevate the overall dining experience. This position offers an energetic environment that celebrates teamwork, professionalism, and a love for food and hospitality. Duties Greet guests warmly and assist them in seating arrangements, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and relay them efficiently to the kitchen staff Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Manage cash handling responsibilities including cashiering, processing payments accurately, and providing correct change Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols Support food preparation, bussing tables, and assisting with host/hostess duties when needed to ensure seamless service flow Qualifications Previous restaurant or food service experience, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings, is highly preferred Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices in the food industry Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse customer needs Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy service hours Ability to perform basic math accurately for cashiering and inventory purposes Culinary experience or kitchen background is advantageous but not required; a passion for food industry excellence is essential Must possess good communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a team-oriented attitude Join us to be part of an energetic environment where your skills in serving, food handling, and guest relations will thrive!
