Weekend availability a must! Including Sundays. Also to be able to obtain your Indiana Servers Liquor License. Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of an energetic, fast-paced food service environment! In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing friendly, attentive service while efficiently managing food and beverage orders. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help create memorable dining moments for our guests, ensuring they feel valued and satisfied from start to finish. Whether working in a quick service or casual dining setting, your positive attitude and strong work ethic will be key to your success. Duties Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, offering recommendations and upselling specials to enhance their experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery and proper handling Prepare and serve food items with attention to quality, safety, and sanitation standards, including basic food preparation when needed Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering duties and processing payments efficiently Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing workstations, and adhering to food safety regulations throughout service Assist in food preparation tasks in the kitchen or café area to support smooth operations during busy periods Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred; familiarity with quick service or fast food settings is a plus Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS enhances efficiency in order processing and sales transactions Strong skills in food handling, sanitation practices, and basic math for cash handling and retail transactions are essential Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining a positive attitude Experience with culinary tasks or kitchen experience can be advantageous for supporting food prep responsibilities Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor that fosters guest loyalty and repeat visits Ability to work collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety standards Join us as a Server and bring energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism to every shift!
