The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment, ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience. Experience with food handling, POS systems, and fine dining service is preferred. This role offers an opportunity to work within a vibrant hospitality setting, providing excellent customer relations and supporting overall restaurant operations. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met during food handling and serving Assist with bussing tables, cleaning, and resetting tables for new guests Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently Maintain guest relations by addressing inquiries or concerns professionally and courteously Support other team members as needed in a busy restaurant or nightclub environment Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industry preferred; fine dining experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and hospitality Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest satisfaction and sales performance Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience in serving in a nightclub or high-volume environment is advantageous Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed This position offers an engaging work environment where professionalism, attentiveness, and hospitality are valued.
