Now Hiring Servers at Salvatori's Italian Kitchen - Fort Wayne, IN Love great food, great people, and great energy? Salvatori's Italian Kitchen is looking for friendly, motivated Servers to join our Fort Wayne team! If you have a passion for hospitality, a strong work ethic, and a knack for making people smile, we want to meet you. At Salvatori's, we're a locally owned, family-run Italian restaurant known for hearty portions, scratch-made recipes, and genuine hospitality. We believe every meal should feel like Sunday dinner at Nonna's—filled with warmth, laughter, and connection.
What You'll Do:
Greet and engage guests with personality and professionalism Guide guests through our menu of authentic Italian favorites Deliver excellent service from start to finish—accurate orders, timely delivery, and friendly conversation Work closely with the team to keep service flowing smoothly Help maintain a clean, organized, and upbeat dining environment
What We're Looking For:
A positive attitude and a genuine love for people Dependability and great communication skills The ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting Previous serving experience is a plus, but not required—we'll train the right person! Availability to work evenings and weekends
