• 305 (Fortville, IN) 305 is a new bar & lounge concept coming to Fortville in June, focused on elevated cocktails, wine, beer, and a thoughtfully crafted food menu.

We are looking for fun, outgoing, and positive servers to join our opening team and help create an exceptional guest experience. Our atmosphere is energetic, welcoming, and team-driven. Great service is a major part of what will make 305 successful, and we are looking for people who genuinely enjoy hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests. Our menu will feature elevated cocktails, wine, beer, and upscale small plates and shareables including charcuterie boards, burrata, flatbreads, steak dishes, and more.

What We're Looking For:

Fun, positive, and outgoing personality Strong communication and people skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Team-first mindset and willingness to help others Knowledge of basic cocktails, wine, and beer preferred Previous serving experience preferred but not required for the right person Experience with Toast POS is a plus Strong attention to detail and guest experience

Responsibilities:

Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service to guests Guide guests through food, cocktail, wine, and beer selections Use Toast POS to enter orders and manage tables efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout shifts Work collaboratively with bartenders, kitchen staff, and other servers Help create a welcoming and upbeat atmosphere for guests

Compensation:
