As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our guests. • Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly
• Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and addressing any concerns
• Clear tables, reset them, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Process payments accurately using the POS system ```Qualifications```

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
• Familiarity with OpenTable or other reservation systems is a plus
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
• Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues
