You need to be able to dish out the banter as well as you dish out the ribs. Your job is to make sure our guests create memories, and have an experience they'll never forget What You'll Be Doing (Your Role)

The Schtick:

Provide deliberately "obnoxious" (but fun) service. This includes feisty banter, witty insults, and making sure nobody leaves without a custom-made, insult-laden paper hat Reading the

Room:

You've got to be smart enough to know who wants to play along and who just wants their burger. You'll need to "walk the line" without crossing it

The Basics:

You still have to do the "real" server stuff: take orders accurately, run trays of heavy food, keep your station clean, and handle cash/cards without losing your mind What You Need (Qualifications)

High Energy:

This place is loud, fast-paced, and physically demanding. You'll be standing, walking, and lifting upwards to 15 lbs

Legal Stuff:

This ain't a joke. Must be at least 19. Indiana requires all employees who sell or serve alcoholic beverages to hold a valid Employee Permit (bar card)

Experience:

Previous serving experience is preferred because you can't be funny if you're struggling to remember who ordered the catfish
