Part-Time Restaurant Server (Breakfast Server - 1st Shift)
Job Summary:
Join our team at Wyndham Hotel in Indianapolis as a Part-Time Restaurant Server specializing in breakfast service during the first shift. We are looking for a dedicated individual with experience in the hospitality industry, focused on delivering exceptional customer service, particularly during morning hours. As a Breakfast Server, you will have a key role in ensuring guests have a delightful dining experience to start their day. Qualifications Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for handling transactions Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner Present menus and answer any questions about menu items Take food and beverage orders accurately Serve food and beverages to guests promptly Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle any issues Process payments and operate POS system Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations Experience in a breakfast service setting is highly valued.
