  • Part-time, Seasonal Job Summary We are seeking energetic and dedicated Servers to join our vibrant hospitality team!
As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, menu knowledge, and a positive attitude. Your role is vital in creating memorable moments for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed, valued, and satisfied with every visit. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a lively environment where your hospitality skills shine and your enthusiasm makes a difference. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha, TOAST or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain thorough knowledge of menu offerings, including food ingredients, preparation methods, to include cocktails, wine or beverage pairings Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld during food handling, serving, and clearing tables Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations and order processing Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a positive attitude Previous experience in serving, bussing tables, or host/hostess roles is advantageous Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and bill splitting purposes Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required in a dynamic hospitality environment Join our team where your passion for hospitality meets a lively atmosphere!
