Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services, ensuring that every patron enjoys a memorable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Ideal candidates will have experience in fine dining or the food service industry, with a strong emphasis on food safety and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus, answering any questions about the menu items. Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS or similar systems. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any special requests from guests. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations throughout the shift. Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism, striving for resolution and satisfaction. Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure guest health and safety. Assist in setting up for special events or functions as needed, including using OpenTable for reservations when applicable. Experience Previous experience as a Server in fine dining, nightclub, or similar food service environments is preferred. Familiarity with Aloha POS systems or other point-of-sale software is advantageous. Strong understanding of guest services principles and the ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to maintain high standards of hygiene. Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor to enhance guest interactions.
