Responsibilities Prepare and assemble meals according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality. Serve food to guests efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service and communication skills. Assist in menu planning and food presentation to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas in compliance with health regulations. Handle food safely by following proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures. Support catering functions by preparing and serving food at events or special occasions. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow and uphold high standards of food quality and safety. Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or the food industry is highly desirable. Knowledge of dietary department practices and dietary aide experience is a plus. Skills in food preparation, cooking, knife handling, and meal assembly are essential. Familiarity with kitchen operations, food safety protocols, and proper food handling techniques. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on serving guests courteously and professionally.
