• + Prepare banquet room, tables, and buffet + Communicate special meal requirements to the kitchen staff + Serve food and drinks + Clear tables as needed and refill drinks + Tear down and restock supplies + Organize, set up, and deliver catering services to designated locations or conference rooms while providing prompt, courteous, and attentive customer service
