Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Server and become the heart of an exceptional dining experience! In this energetic role, you will deliver outstanding guest service, ensure food and beverage orders are accurately taken and efficiently served, and create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere from the moment they walk in Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted and communicated clearly to the kitchen Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities, utilizing knowledge of our offerings and openTable reservations system when applicable Manage tables efficiently by bussing, resetting, and assisting with food handling and sanitation to maintain a clean dining area Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction Support food safety protocols through proper food handling, sanitation practices, and adherence to health regulations Assist with basic math for cash handling and cashiering duties to ensure accurate billing and payment processing Collaborate with team members in a dynamic environment that includes fine dining settings or lively nightlife venues such as nightclubs Experience Previous restaurant experience is highly preferred, especially in food service or hospitality roles involving guest interaction Experience with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Background in fine dining or upscale food industry environments is a plus Demonstrated skills in customer service, upselling, and guest relations are essential for success in this role Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and basic math for cash handling is required Experience working in fast-paced settings such as nightclubs or busy restaurants will help you thrive here Strong time management skills combined with the ability to multitask effectively are vital for delivering top-tier service Join us to bring energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism to every guest's experience!
