Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server/Bartender to join our vibrant restaurant team. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements using reservation systems like OpenTable or similar platforms. Take accurate orders from guests, utilizing POS systems such as Toast, ensuring all special requests and dietary needs are noted clearly. Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality. Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments through POS systems. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables promptly and assisting with food handling and preparation when needed. Foster positive guest relations through attentive service, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction in both fine dining settings and lively nightclubs or food service environments. Qualifications Proven experience as a Server or in food service, with knowledge of restaurant operations and guest relations. Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast, or similar platforms. Strong culinary experience or understanding of food preparation, safety standards, and sanitation practices. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours. Ability to upsell menu items confidently while providing exceptional customer service. Previous experience working in fine dining or bar settings is a plus.
