Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system, ensuring all special requests are noted Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining proper sanitation and food safety standards Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to support smooth restaurant operations Demonstrate excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS is beneficial Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Proven ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Experience with guest services roles such as host/hostess or serving in high-volume venues is advantageous Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and order calculations are essential Culinary experience or kitchen background can be a plus for understanding food preparation processes Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional service, thrive in energetic environments, and want to be part of a team that values hospitality excellence.
