Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems, ensuring quick and precise entry Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Use OpenTable or similar reservation systems to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha or Micros is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest relations Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience with food preparation, serving, bussing, or host/hostess roles is a plus Ability to manage time effectively in a busy setting while maintaining a positive attitude Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing Join us as a Morning Server and be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences!
