Being able to fosture this culture is the most important qualification. Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to customer service. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering food and beverage orders, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, providing menus and information about daily specials. Take food and beverage orders accurately using Square POS. Deliver orders promptly while ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Maintain knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens. Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times. Provide excellent guest services by addressing any concerns or special requests promptly. Skills Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations. Experience in a culinary setting is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
