Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fine dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent guest service skills, a passion for food, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences while ensuring that guests feel welcomed and valued. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere. Take accurate food and beverage orders. Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials, to assist guests in making informed choices. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, adhering to food safety standards. Handle cash register transactions efficiently and accurately. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction throughout their dining experience. Assist in training new staff members on service protocols and restaurant standards. Experience Previous experience as a Server in a fine dining or upscale restaurant is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations is essential. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on guest services and sales techniques. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining individual responsibilities.
