Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of menu items to enhance their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using our Clover POS system Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales while providing personalized recommendations based on guest preferences Serve food and drinks efficiently, maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Assist with food handling, basic food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Requirements Previous restaurant experience or food service background Strong knowledge of POS systems is preferred Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and billing procedures Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Culinary experience or kitchen familiarity is advantageous but not required Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts Experience in guest services roles such as host/hostess or bartender is beneficial Join us to be part of a lively team where your enthusiasm makes every guest's visit memorable!
