As a Server, you will be the friendly face that creates memorable dining experiences for our guests. Duties Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements using OpenTable or similar reservation systems Take accurate orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS Provide detailed menu descriptions, upsell specials and beverages to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Ensure food safety and proper handling procedures are followed during food preparation and serving Buss tables efficiently, clear dishes, and assist with maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties Maintain excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction Support kitchen staff with basic food prep or bussing as needed in a fast-paced environment Uphold sanitation standards by adhering to health regulations and proper food handling practices Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Experience with food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Knowledge of reservation management tools like OpenTable is advantageous Ability to multitask effectively while managing time efficiently during busy hours Prior host/hostess or serving experience is desirable for seamless guest interactions Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality in a dynamic setting!
