Server/Waiter

Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests feel welcome and valued. This position requires strong communication skills, a passion for the food industry, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and drink orders using a cash register or point-of-sale system. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring high standards of presentation. Assist with bussing tables to maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area. Provide excellent guest relations by addressing any concerns or special requests promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders. Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to provide informed recommendations to guests. Manage time effectively to ensure all tables are attended to during busy service periods. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. Requirements Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred but not required. Strong guest service skills with an emphasis on guest satisfaction. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Basic math skills for processing payments accurately. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of sales techniques to enhance guest experience through upselling menu items is a plus. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
