Tuesday through Saturday 11AM-2PM & 5PM-9PM Job Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant food service team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, expert food and beverage knowledge, and a warm, welcoming attitude. Your energy and professionalism will ensure guests feel valued and cared for from the moment they arrive until they leave satisfied. Responsibilities Greet guests promptly with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and relay orders efficiently to the kitchen staff. Provide detailed menu descriptions, recommend specials, and upsell items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales. Serve food and drinks with precision, ensuring proper food handling, sanitation, and presentation standards are maintained. Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns swiftly, and ensuring overall guest comfort throughout their visit. Clear tables efficiently by bussing and resetting for new guests while maintaining cleanliness standards in dining areas. Assist with opening or closing duties as needed, including cash handling, POS reconciliation, and sanitation procedures. Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs. Familiarity with POS systems. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours. Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques. Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities.
