Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest services and will play a crucial role in ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our patrons. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Greet guests promptly and provide them with menus. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience. Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables. Provide excellent guest services by addressing any inquiries or concerns. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables and service stations. Process payments using the cash register and Aloha POS system. Assist with food preparation as needed to support kitchen staff. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts. Previous experience Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest satisfaction. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of culinary practices and food preparation techniques is beneficial.
