Position Overview:

As a server, you'll play an essential role in delivering outstanding service to our guests. Your positive attitude, attention to detail, and enthusiasm will help create memorable dining experiences that keep guests coming back. You'll be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming first impression. Present menus, offer recommendations, and answer questions about menu items. Accurately take food and beverage orders and communicate them promptly to the kitchen and bar. Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring quality and proper presentation. Check in with guests regularly and respond quickly to any additional needs or requests. Keep work areas clean and organized, including setting and clearing tables. Process payments accurately and handle transactions efficiently. Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to maintain smooth communication and service flow. Follow all health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and sanitation. Address guest concerns professionally and involve management when necessary. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive, team-oriented mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction. Ability to stay organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment. Strong multitasking skills. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items for extended periods. Familiarity with food and beverage offerings is a plus.
