Restaurant Food Server

Responsibilities:

Receive proper payment from the guest and ensure the accuracy of the guest check and method of payment to protect both the customer and the restaurant from transaction errors Complete all restocking and cleaning duties by performing opening and closing side work as instructed Establish a full knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials to respond to client inquiries and make recommendations Greet customers, take food and beverage orders from diners, serve orders promptly, and accommodate any special needs or requests Participate in pre-shift and department meetings to gain a thorough grasp of all products, services, and facility activities

Qualifications:
