Full Job Description Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests promptly, making them feel welcome and valued. Present menus and provide detailed information on food and drink options, including recommendations and specials. Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring that special requests and dietary restrictions are communicated to the kitchen and bar staff. Deliver orders to tables efficiently, ensuring that each item is correctly prepared and presented. Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns promptly. Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions with integrity. Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including clearing tables, and adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and coordinated service. Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism and a positive attitude, striving to resolve them to the guest's satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a server role or related hospitality position is preferred. Strong knowledge of food and beverage menus and excellent communication skills. Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Identifying and completing daily tasks during slower times. Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating bills. Time management skills to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency in POS systems.
