Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of an energetic, guest-focused dining experience! In this role, you will deliver exceptional service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and ensuring their dining experience exceeds expectations. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will create memorable moments for our patrons while supporting the smooth operation of our restaurant. Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage guest relations by addressing questions, special requests, and feedback professionally Assist with food handling, preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating and optimize guest flow Follow all food safety protocols and sanitation standards to ensure a safe dining environment Support team members with basic math for cash handling, billing, and transaction accuracy Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders in a fast-paced setting Previous restaurant or food service experience, including fine dining or nightclub settings preferred Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS ; experience with OpenTable is a plus Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relations Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment while multitasking efficiently Culinary experience or background in food preparation is advantageous Excellent communication skills, basic math abilities, and cash handling experience Experience in serving, bussing, host/hostess roles, or hospitality environments is highly valued Join us to bring energy, enthusiasm, and exceptional service to every guest!
