Responsibilities :

Greet guests with a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service Take guest orders accurately and efficiently Deliver food promptly and ensure guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining and service areas Answer menu questions and make recommendations Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues quickly Work closely with kitchen and team members to provide a smooth dining experience Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications :

Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Dependable with strong attendance habits Team player with a positive attitude Previous restaurant experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
