Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements using OpenTable or similar reservation systems Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold food safety standards Qualifications Previous restaurant experience or food service background preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for reservations and order processing Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts; multitasking is essential Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols in the food industry Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy Experience with culinary tasks or kitchen experience is advantageous but not required Excellent communication skills to engage guests and collaborate with team members effectively Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, eager to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment, and committed to creating memorable moments for every guest!
