Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and drink orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct processing Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall guest happiness Assist with food handling, sanitation, and food safety procedures to uphold health standards Support other team members by bussing tables, setting up dining areas, and assisting in food preparation when needed Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred.
