Manage table settings, clear dishes, bussing tables efficiently, and assist with food handling and sanitation protocols to uphold cleanliness standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts at fine dining venues or nightclubs. Support guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly, fostering a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits. Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Ability to handle food safely, follow sanitation guidelines, and manage food handling procedures effectively. Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume shifts while maintaining quality service. Experience with upselling techniques to increase sales while ensuring guest satisfaction. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and change calculation. Familiarity with food industry standards including serving etiquette, food preparation basics, and guest relations strategies.
