Restaurant Server

We are looking for experienced servers to join our team at Boombozz, a casual full-service restaurant. Our servers are responsible for creating a welcoming environment for guests while providing ecellent food and berverage service. The ideal candidates will have strong knowledge of our menu and knowledge of alcohol service and understanding of state and city guidelines to perform their jobs safely and accurately. It will be your responsibility to get your Stars Certification with in 30 days of your hire.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
• Possess a thorough understanding of the menu, including food and drink pairings.
• Pre-bus tables and maintain a clean dining area.
• Refill drinks promptly and attend to guests' needs throughout their dining experience.
• Multi-task effectively while managing multiple tables.
• Assist in serving large parties and provide exceptional service to groups.
• Collaborate and support co-workers to ensure a smooth dining experience for all guests.

Requirements:

• Proof of previous serving experience, preferably in a similar restaurant setting.
• Knowledge of alcohol service protocols and best practices.
• Familiarity with standard service protocols and best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle large groups.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player attitude.
• Must be available to work nights and weekends.

COMPENSATION

We use Toast Payroll and your credit card tips will go on a pay card at night. All cash tips are yours to take home at the end of your shift. IF your passionate about providing exceptional service and ready to join a dynamic team, we want to hear from you!!!
