Duties Greet guests warmly with a friendly smile and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take food and beverage orders accurately Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Assist with food handling, sanitation, and food preparation to uphold safety standards in accordance with food safety regulations Maintain a lively restaurant environment by bussing tables, clearing dishes, and supporting host/hostess duties as needed Foster guest relations by engaging in friendly conversation, addressing inquiries, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is not required. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and energetic demeanor are required Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while multitasking efficiently Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and transaction accuracy Experience in serving or bartending is advantageous but not required Must be able to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours including nights and weekends Join us to be part of an upbeat team where your enthusiasm fuels our vibrant atmosphere!
