Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system(Toast), ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Maintain thorough knowledge of menu offerings, including food preparation details and beverage options Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Assist with food handling, serving, bussing tables Use waitlist/reservation platform to manage bookings efficiently and optimize seating arrangements Foster positive guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring a welcoming environment Follow all sanitation protocols and food safety guidelines to uphold health standards in food service operations Experience Previous restaurant or food industry experience is highly preferred, especially in breakfast/brunch settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS, Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Experience in food handling, food preparation, and sanitation practices Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Serving or host/hostess experience is a plus, demonstrating excellent communication skills Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction processing Embark on a rewarding journey where your passion for hospitality shines!
