Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Take accurate food and drink orders using the Micros POS system. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of presentation. Process payments efficiently using POS, ensuring accuracy in transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments. Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure the health and safety of all guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders and address any guest inquiries or concerns. Provide excellent guest services by anticipating needs and responding promptly to requests. Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential for maintaining health standards. Familiarity with food preparation techniques is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for interacting effectively with guests and team members.
