Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards Assist with bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and supporting kitchen staff when needed Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision and ensure proper transaction procedures Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu offerings, specials, and wine pairings to assist guests effectively Foster positive guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs or upscale restaurants Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for order processing and sales tracking Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests quickly and professionally Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cashiering, bill splitting, and cash handling accuracy Experience in food preparation or kitchen support is a plus but not required Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, eager to develop your serving skills, and ready to contribute to an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences!
