Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, expert food and beverage knowledge, and a welcoming attitude. Your energy and professionalism will ensure guests feel valued and cared for from the moment they arrive until their departure. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills in a lively environment, whether in fine dining, casual settings, or nightlife venues. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and food handling Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a memorable experience Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed, adhering to food safety protocols Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties using POS systems like OpenTable or similar tools Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with a focus on guest services and hospitality Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms for order processing and cash handling Strong knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining genuine guest engagement Experience with fine dining or nightclub settings is a plus, along with host/hostess background for guest relations roles Basic math skills for accurate billing, cash handling, and transaction processing Join us to be part of an energetic team that values exceptional service and vibrant hospitality!
