Deliver prepared food from the kitchen to guests' tables efficiently and courteously, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met. Assist servers by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and supporting guest needs to maintain a smooth flow of service. Handle food safety protocols by properly storing, transporting, and serving food in accordance with health regulations. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate timely delivery of orders and relay guest requests or special dietary needs. Support the culinary team with basic food preparation tasks when needed, such as garnishing or portioning. Maintain cleanliness of service stations, trays, and delivery carts to uphold hygiene standards. Use POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders or assist with billing when required. Proven experience in food service, restaurant operations, or hospitality environments. Knowledge of food handling safety procedures and sanitation standards. Familiarity with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred. Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and interact positively with guests. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Previous banquet or catering experience is a plus, demonstrating versatility in service styles. Kitchen experience or culinary background helps in understanding food presentation and handling. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude. Experience in hotel or hospitality settings enhances guest interaction capabilities.
