Clear and reset tables promptly, maintaining a clean and organized dining area to enhance the overall guest experience. Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively, providing attentive and friendly service throughout the dining experience. Collaborate closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth and seamless operations during service. Uphold our commitment to cleanliness and sanitation, following health and safety guidelines at all times. Display a genuine passion for hospitality, making each guest feel valued and welcomed.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a food runner/busser role, preferably in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment. Strong attention to detail, ensuring all aspects of table setup and clearing are executed flawlessly. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a composed and professional demeanor. Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with guests and team members. Positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to exceed guest expectations. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business demands.
