Job Overview Join our vibrant team as a Server and be the heart of an energetic dining experience! In this role, you will deliver exceptional guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve dishes promptly while ensuring presentation quality and adherence to food safety standards Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Manage cash handling, cashiering, and open/close procedures with accuracy Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including bussing tables and resetting stations Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and guest satisfaction Use reservation platforms like OpenTable to manage bookings efficiently Handle guest inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and foster positive guest relations Support food handling, sanitation, and food safety protocols consistently throughout shifts Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Experience in serving, bussing, or host/hostess roles demonstrates strong guest relations skills Culinary experience or background in food preparation enhances your ability to assist guests effectively Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and order calculations with accuracy Excellent communication skills paired with a friendly attitude that energizes the team and delights guests Join us to be part of an exciting environment where hospitality meets high energy!
