Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with the kitchen team Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales while enhancing the guest experience Serve food and drinks efficiently, maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to maintain cleanliness and efficiency Utilize reservation systems like OpenTable to manage seating arrangements and optimize table turnover in fine dining or nightclub settings Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub exposure Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, billing, and order calculations accurately Previous host/hostess or serving experience is advantageous but not required; a welcoming attitude is essential Join us and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences!
