In this vital role, you will ensure the restaurant remains clean, organized, and welcoming while delivering exceptional service by swiftly and accurately transporting food and beverages from the kitchen to our guests. Duties Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean and inviting dining environment Assist servers by delivering food and beverages promptly using POS systems such as Aloha or Micros POS Support the kitchen staff by handling food preparation tasks when needed, ensuring food safety standards are met Buss tables by removing used dishes, glassware, and utensils while maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate timely service and address guest needs Help maintain cleanliness in all service areas, including floors, stations, and storage spaces Provide friendly guest service by responding promptly to guest requests and ensuring their satisfaction Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant operations, or hospitality is highly preferred Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards Experience with serving, bussing, or food running roles in fast-paced environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is a plus Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members Kitchen or culinary experience, including hotel or banquet settings, is advantageous Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service and guest satisfaction Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality!
