Job Description

Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner Manage waitlists and accurately seat guests Take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring accuracy Provide menu recommendations and answer guest questions Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their visit Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas Assist with opening and closing duties Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations

Hospitality/Customer Service:
1 year (Preferred)
Restaurant/Food Service:
1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
