Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system, and relay orders to the kitchen with precision. Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, credit card processing via POS systems, and providing correct change. Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and assisting with food handling and sanitation protocols. Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Requirements Previous restaurant experience or food service background preferred. Familiarity with POS system; basic math skills for cash handling are essential. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude. Ability to manage time effectively during busy hours while multitasking between serving, cashiering, and cleaning duties. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques. Experience in serving or host/hostess roles is advantageous; food industry knowledge enhances your ability to succeed here.
