As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently using a cash register system. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area and kitchen. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to food handling guidelines. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy shifts. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours. Experience Previous experience as a Server or in a similar hospitality role is preferred but not required. Familiarity with cash register operations and basic math skills for handling transactions. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper sanitation techniques is essential. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently in a nightclub or restaurant setting. Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
