About Us:
The Well Burger Bar is an exciting new burger bar and nightlife spot in Agawam! We're building a dynamic team to deliver outstanding service, delicious food, and a fun, welcoming vibe for our guests. We're currently hiring for multiple front-of-house positions.
Positions Available:
Server Greet and seat guests (as needed), take food/drink orders, and deliver meals promptly. Offer menu recommendations, ensure guest satisfaction, and handle payments. Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff in a fast-paced environment. General Requirements (All Positions): Excellent communication and customer service skills. Positive, team-oriented attitude and ability to thrive in a high-energy setting. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required—we're willing to train enthusiastic candidates!
